Most items will ship (business days) same day or next day. Once your parcel is posted SpoonMaster will forward confirmation to you by e-mail. Usual delivery times for Ontario and Quebec are 2 business after the day your parcel is received at the post office

We ship using Canada Post for the best shipping rates. If Xpresspost or Priority Courier is preferred please contact SpoonMaster for a shipping rate quote. Ontario residents add PSTand GST. New Brunswick, NFLD-Labrador and Nova Scotia residents add HST. All other provinces add GST.
USA small orders are shipped Canda Post "Small Packet", this does not come with tracking. ***********Expedited Shipping is used for all large parcels with USA destinations, we will forward you a shipping price once your order is placed.
All US and International residents are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or fees that may apply. All parcels are shipped F.O.B. shipping point. Ownership of the parcel is transfered to you as soon as it is brought to the post office for delivery. Each parcel comes with $100 insurance coverage. If you would like to purchase additional insurance at a minimal charge please let us know. Spoonmaster is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Returns |
| Each item we sell comes with a 15 day return policy unless otherwise stated. All returns will be accepted for exchange only. You must contact SpoonMaster for return approval before returning the item to us. The item must be in saleable condition in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is an error on our part. Shipping charge reimbursement will be based on our cost to ship to you by Canada Post Parcel. A restocking fee of 10% may apply. |
